Application for Admission

Admissions Application  

All students interested in being a Cowley College student must complete the Admissions Application before they can begin the registration process.

This application is for new students, transfer students, military students, guest students, and non-degree seeing students.

Students who have previously taken Cowley College classes while in high school and plan to continue after graduation should also complete this application. 
Re-Admit Application  

This application is for students who have previously attended Cowley College, and has had an absence of two or more consecutive semesters. (excluding summer term)

If you have attended another post-secondary institution during your absence from Cowley College, please submit all official transcripts.
ConCurrent High School Application  

This application is for CURRENT High School students only, who plan to take college classes while in high school.

Welcome to Cowley College Admissions!

As a student at Cowley College, our Office of Admissions will be in contact to start guiding you through the enrollment process:

  • Submission of application: A confirmation email will be sent to the email you list on your application confirming receipt.
  • Acceptance email: Your acceptance email will arrive 48-72 business hours after submitting your application.
  • Follow up communication: Our Office of Admissions will send helpful tips and reminders so be sure to check your email regularly.
  • Term / Registration dates
      • Fall Term - Registration Opens Mid March
      • Spring Term -  Registration - Opens Mid October
      • Summer Term -  Registration - Opens Mid February

When moving around Cowley Connect, do not use the back arrow, (Back Arrow) as it may kick  you out.   

Use the words by "You Are Here:' or also known as 'Breadcrumbs'.

What are tabs? How do you click on the tab or move to the next tab? 

Tabs are located along the top banner and provide information pertaining to the tab title. Click on the title name (Home, Student) to move from tab to tab.

*Tabs are permission based so you will only see what you have permission to access.  

  • Future Tiger tab is your next step after submitting your application, making an enrollment appointment, assigning your FERPA permissions, and discovering what steps you need to take as a future tiger.
  • Student tab is where you will find all the information you need as a student.  You can view the semester schedule, add/drop classes, view your schedule, change your information, check current and final grades, and view your unofficial transcript.  You can review your academic progress, find your textbooks, access all the student forms, and much more.  
  • Student Billing - You can access your bill, and financial aid, and make payments from the student billing tab.  
  • Graduation (students only) - will give information about the graduation ceremony.  This includes the online degree application and the date/time/location for the next upcoming graduation.
  • Housing tab has all the information you need to know about on-campus living.  This page has your online housing contract, what you need to know to prepare for on-campus living, and the dates the dorms open/close.  It also contains important contact information.  If you are new to Arkansas City, there are links that will provide you with information about our town.
