Business Office Appeal

We understand life happens and doesn't go according to plans. If you wish to appeal charges on your account, please submit the completed Business Office Appeal Form. It will be reviewed by a committee and you will be notified of the results. Documentation supporting your appeal is required.

Request Additional Meal Cards

Are you on campus and want to eat at the cafeteria but not on a meal plan? We have you covered! You are able to charge meal cards to your federal financial aid prior to disbursement. Your financial aid file must be complete and have a credit balance on your account.

Request a Stop Payment on a Check.

Are you waiting on a refund check we sent you? If you have not received a refund check we issued then you may request a stop payment after 10 business days. There is no fee for you to request a stop payment. Once submitted, the original check is no longer valid and you can not attempt to deposit or cash it.

Request a Non-Title IV Refund

Do you have a credit balance and need us to send you a refund check? We do not start processing refunds automatically until the first financial aid disbursement of the semester. If you paid out of pocket, dropped a course, and are needing a refund then submit this form and we will process your refund request.
