If your parent / guardian or spouse will be contacting our office regarding your account you will need to complete the FERPA permissions form. 

We cannot disclose grades, student bill, attendance, or any education records of the student with the parent/guardian or spouse due to the Federal Educational Rights Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), which protects a student’s right to the disclosure of their information.

• You will need to complete and submit a form for each person you would like to grant account access to.
• To update permissions for a previously submitted request, simply submit a new request.
